Game changer
I’ve been listening to the Strength Training Podcasts for a few months now and it has a been a real game changer. Due to an injury, I had to run more in the treadmill which I hated, so I started listening to podcasts to make those miles less boring but they’ve done so much more. Not only they make those miles fly but I’ve learned so much. They cover great topics that I’ve found super helpful related to injuries, setbacks, mental training and all those things that make running “harder”. I’ve heard stories that I feel identified with, and tips I’ve been applying in ny everyday running. It’s honestly great!!

Was waiting for this for a while. Finally!!!
