Podcast 56. Love her mindset
I got introduced to Kim Constable through a 5 day fitness mindset challenge that led to a 4 week shred in September of 2023. After only hearing a few of her videos I knew that I was in love with this woman’s mindset and I needed to listen to her and more and more. I didn’t even listen to all the recordings when I bought the program. Ever since then I’ve been listening to her podcasts starting with Episode 1. I’m the type of person that likes to read things from the beginning. I can’t jump on a movie mid way or read a book mid way. I do the same thing with the podcasts. From September to November I’ve been listening every free time I get. I would listen during workouts, when I drive, when I cook, when I’m getting ready. I’m now on Episode 56 and I’m learning so much. Thank you Kim for pouring yourself into these podcasts and really giving us golden information EVERY single episode. I would highly recommend you to write books and I would definitely be the one who would purchase them.
