I trust the hosts as they delve into great detail on every topic, all backed by science. I’ve implemented their findings as applicable to me, for which I’m reaping the benefits. Highly recommend for anyone who is serious about improving their health & fitness.

It could just be me, but when I listen to a health science or a fitness podcast, I expect there to be a particular degree of effort and attention to the conviction of how the material is presented. Greg and Erick are excellent together in reviewing questions, interviewing researchers, and explaining the most current research on lifting. Not the most beginner friendly podcast, but certainly a valuable resource for intermediate and advanced lifters.
