She speaks regularly to audiences about gender justice, conducts workshops, and coaches parents on how to better understand and connect with their daughters. She is the mentorship director of the nonprofit DemocraShe and founder of The Activist Cartel. As an activist, she advises public figures, galvanizes volunteers, and organizes large-scale events for national nonprofits, while also serving on the board of A Call to Men.   For episode homepage, resources and links, visit: https://kristenmanieri.com/episode291    Learn more about coaching: [email protected]    Mentioned in this Episode Guest’s book: Underestimated: The Wisdom and Power of Teenage Girls https://www.amazon.com/Underestimated-Wisdom-Power-Teenage-Girls/dp/1668032686    Guest’s website: https://www.chelseygoodan.com/  Host Bio Kristen Manieri is a coach who works with teams to increase both productivity and wellbeing.
