“This is a worthwhile listen, well researched, written and structured. However, the gravity of the material is completely undermined by Keith Morrison’s weird narration. The tone and inflection of his voice sounds like the knowing, wry, folksy voiceover you hear at the end of an insurance commercial where, following video of a hapless, clumsy, everyperson experiencing disaster after disaster, they reach for the phone and call their insurer. And the voiceover says, “ABC Insurance.. The right insurer for those days when, well, nothing goes right.” It is so incongruous with the subject matter that it beggars belief. However, to damn the story because of the telling would be to do it a disservice.”
