Keith Morrison is one of the best storytellers and this story is so intriguing. I thoroughly enjoyed it from beginning to end.

Honestly Keith Morrison narrates this bizzare true story so smoothly (and such wit) , it draws you in and keeps you until the end. A wild ride with a good ending 👌🏾

Another brilliant podcast from dateline. I’ve enjoyed every different podcast. We’ll presented, great voices. I can imagine myself actually being there sitting with them as they make these. Very informative and definitely addictive! Keep up the good work guys. 🫶🏻👍👏🙂

This story, and the artfulness of the writing and production of it, stand head and shoulders above all other dateline and true crime stories.

I listen to a wide variety of podcasts. Stories of all kind. And I have yet to find a podcast that rivals this one. Keith Morrison is the GOAT. Kudos to all involved with the making of this. And may Betsy finally get justice. Say “Hi” to Kathy. 🙃

This is a worthwhile listen, well researched, written and structured. However, the gravity of the material is completely undermined by Keith Morrison’s weird narration. The tone and inflection of his voice sounds like the knowing, wry, folksy voiceover you hear at the end of an insurance...Read full review »

I saw the show when it aired last year and was hooked in from the very 1st episode. Pam Hupp……. I don’t know what to say! She is definitely the TRUE definition of a narcissist individual that will do anything for money. This whole case is so very sad; not just for Betsy but her entire family as...Read full review »

Keith has the perfect murder mystery voice. I find myself searching out all other things he’s narrated. Keep up the excellent work! As for the story, I’ve watched Pam on YouTube before and she is one narcissistic nut job. Fascinating how someone can be so brazen and act and lie to the police like...Read full review »

I’ve had to stop listening because the narrator’s voice and delivery is grating on me. The presentation is ‘actorish’ which seems totally inappropriate for true crime. I’m sure he’s talented at reading stories but that style feels wrong here. He sounds as though he’s reading out a fairy tale to...Read full review »

This story was crazy. The police were blind and Pam is just… well, Pam. Told only the way Keith can tell it. Excellent podcast and the tv version was excellent. Great job, dateline team!

This story is so well written and produced. It’s so interesting. I can’t wait for the end of the story…because we know there’s more! Keith Morrison is the best! Love him and love his producers!Definitely worth a listen… Thank you Dateline!

I’m so surprised to hear how many people liked Keith Morrison’s narration of this podcast! Such an interesting story, but I almost couldn’t get through it. It sounded like he was doing an exaggerated impersonation of someone reading a scary book to a child. And every other line was just reminding...Read full review »

it’s been Pam all week!I listened to the podcast then I watched the dateline special then I watched The mini series. What an unbelievable story, what an evil person. I just wish Russ would reunite with his daughters. Don’t let her win!

I loved the podcast and very glad that the murderer was caught and to everyone who said the narrators voice was bad and that he was treating this like a joke maybe this is just how he talks

The absolute craziness of this case is completely mind boggling. It’s impossible to tear away from it once you start. And just when you think it cannot get any more bizarre, it does. The fact that this is all about true events attests to the absurdity of it all. Dateline did a masterful job...Read full review »

I watched the mini series and then the 48 hours show and Rene Zellweger (sp) did an outstanding performance as Pam. I listened to The Thing About Pam when it was first released. I’m ashamed. I always assumed victims were considered when making these true crime podcasts. Keith Morrison and team, you did an outstanding job reporting on this story. Disregard all the negative comments by the negative unhappy social media clowns and continue doing great work telling the story with an old time radio like appeal.

Really liked this one. 6 relatively short episodes that I was able to get through without committing a ton of my time. Not to mention a really gripping story that just kept on giving. Highly recommend.
