Rowan’s podcast is jammed with useful tips, he must be super-in-demand as a trek trainer yet gives this all free. I had to cancel my charity trek due to heart inflammation & he was super supportive even tho I’m only a listener, not a client. Just heard his “if your trip’s cancelled” and his “home-working tips” and both have encouraged me to re-plan my trek. Don’t just follow your trek company’s standard training plan, if it just focuses on hiking. Get yourself properly fit for all aspects of your trek !

In lockdown in Melbourne and only allowed out an hour a day for exercise but really found your seven beliefs podcast so inspiring and positive during a challenging time. Thanks - love catching up on these podcasts and one day I will be back out on the trails again! Sam
