Specific & thought provoking
After 10wks, I’d got into a (mistaken!) pattern of doing loads of long trail walks. Feet & legs & mood were starting to complain. This podcast has given me a real lift, & a focus on elements like muscle strength & endurance. I feel I’ve got more options now & will be better prepared. There’s so much content here, specific & specialised tips, clear explanations, clear structure, breadth & depth. Excellent. Thank you!

This is the best app I have found to give me advice to train specifically for hiking. I have been trekking and training for many years now, but have still learned a lot from this podcast. I love it.

Loving this podcast, totally addicted, and yes there’s SUCH a difference for training for hiking and climbing compared to what’s offered in gyms. The two are so totally different. This podcast is in my Top 3 of Australian Adventure related podcasts. Well done you for identifying a real need.
