Overwhelming
This was an agonising and painful series to hear. The fear, self loathing, guilt and pain it brought up for me was overwhelming. But also powerful and absolutely necessary for me to hear. I hope it educates, heals and raises awareness for survivors, those currently in this space and people who were previously unaware of how prolific and difficult to solve this problem is.

Although this is an Australian podcast, it talks about a lot of universal truths that more people should know about. I wish it had also talked about men who are subjected to coercive control, but it’s well worth a listen.
