Finally, A "Real" Radio Drama.
When I first got an iPod, I started looking for radio dramas, and the ones I found were all disappointing-at-best. Some were done by talented people, but they sounded like they were recorded in someone's basement. A few sounded great, but the writing and the performances suffered. The best stuff was the old-time radio shows, which, poor fidelity aside, aren't easy to listen to if you're under 50. But not these guys. These shorts are made by obvious pros, who make gorgeous sound seem easy to find. The writing is sharp and modern, and the acting is so good that it seems like it's just the way it should be.
