Not Just For Men!
I checked out this podcast just looking for vegan chatter to fill my work day thinking it would be a men’s bodybuilding show, but I’m addicted! As a long-time vegan female I thought I was doing pretty well, but I’m newly inspired to take my fitness and nutrition much more seriously. Great tips for all fitness levels, and what better way to advocate for animals than to be a shining example to health and fitness? Thanks so much Thomas for excellent content!
