When you hear the words ‘goal setting’ does it make you feel a little uncomfortable or does it excite you?  Some people have an aversion to goal setting especially when it comes to their business, so maybe using the phrase “setting intentions” feels better – and that’s okay.  It can be easy to avoid setting goals in your business because maybe you don’t know what types of goals to set, or you don't’ want to be disappointed if you don’t reach them.    We think it’s important to set goals, so you know if you’re on track or not.
