My Motivational Go To
I love this podcast for the wide range of guests as well as Kitty and Craig, all delivering such brilliant content that is empowering and easy to digest. Whenever I feel like a need a little motivation I put my headphones on and tune in. Whether it’s a new episode or one I have listened to before (there will always be something more to take in) I feel supported and motivated to keep on track with my food and training. This is such a great, free resource that I return to again and again. I am always recommending this podcast to friends and family. (@tickrowley)
