Thank you for this podcast
I am so glad to have discovered this podcast this year. I live in London but feel like I am sitting in Austin, Texas listening to friends having a conversation. Sue and Ann manage to talk about and explain sometimes complex issues in an engaging, honest and relatable way. The podcasts are always interesting and informative, but what stands out to me is the warmth, compassion and humanity of the two hosts. They have helped me personally understand and deal with mental health challenges in a more hopeful way. Thank you.

This is a great podcast for therapists and non therapists with an interest in the process and theoretical underpinning of therapy. Fantastically informative with a nice relaxed style.
