This podcast does an awesome job at teaching skills and demonstrating how to use them. They use inclusive language and are really conscious of not being bias or judgmental. This has been the perfect intro to DBT for me!

Anyone in need of some support should listen to this podcast. The cool thing about DBT is that there’s usually something for everyone, and it can never hurt to revisit a skill you might already know - even if you don’t know you know it. This is such a great and engaging way to make “gatekept”...Read full review »

Love the content and love and appreciate the effort (I know how much work this is) but Liza’s vocal fry is really difficult to tolerate. It can be fixed with training... would make her message much more meaningful. Try podcast “Permission to speak”.

Not sure what I love best about these wickedly smart women. Their genuine concern and desire to help others live their best life, the fact that they’re working out their own stuff openly for our benefit, or their sense of humor. Will need wise mind to answer this one!

Liza and Molly draw on their top-notch training in DBT (from a professor who was trained by Marsha Linehan herself) to bring the skills and principles to life in an accessible, down-to-earth way. I will be recommending this resource to clients, friends, and family alike.
