Definitely life changing
Dr Deb’s approach to weight loss and just your relationship with your self has changed my life over the last few years that I’ve been listening. I had no idea I even had these little thoughts that pop into my head keeping me from actually eating when I’m hungry and stopping when I’m full. I’ve always felt compelled to finish my plate - always. I even urge my kids to not leave just a few bites left. If someone offered me food I would always eat it hungry or not. Anyway, I’m just totally rethinking when and what I want to eat and when I’m full. Thanks Dr Deb!

As a medical doctor, I want my patients lifestyle to be excellent! Dr. Deb has such an easy program for helping you change how you eat by changing how you think. All my patients know what to eat, but Dr. Deb explains that the true solution is in what you think.
