This is different.
I have really enjoyed learning how to listen to my body and not logging calories. I was successful in losing 7 pounds on the 90 day challenge. This program is different. The podcast is something that I am able to apply to my everyday life.

I listened to 3 recent shows and had to stop. The podcast host is is energetic and informative, but there is a constant strange thumping/rumbling noise in the background. CONSTANT and distracting to the point I can no longer engage.
