Best Podcast Hosted by Two Wonderful Therapists
I knew about Therapy Jeff from social media so when I found out that he and Sarah had a podcast together, I was so excited. I’ve listened to every episode (minus the current one) and they are all so fantastic. Definitely a breath of fresh air in the podcast world. I always feel like I leave knowing something more whether it be about the world or myself. It’s great to hear their perspectives on things. I’ve suggested this podcast more than any others to friends. Side note: I know some people have complained about the way they do their ads. But the ads are needed to pay for the podcast and for Jeff and Sarah’s time. Maybe a sound or a couple of notes can be added before you go into an ad? Just a suggestion so people know you are going into the ad. This is the one podcast where I don’t mind the ads because it’s personalized and I can tell Jeff and Sarah actually like the products/services they are advertising. Thank you both so much for your hard work. I see it and I appreciate it more than I can express in a review. Thank you for not straying away from the hard topics. Keep up the fantastic work!!

Jeff is a wonderful source of knowledge and I’d love to learn from him, but the interruption of Sarah yelping every ten seconds is very distracting. I can sense the tension. Won’t be listening again until Sarah can stop trying to prove herself so much 🤦‍♀️

I do love how real the conversations being had on this podcast are - yes, they are both therapists, but they both come across as ‘human’ first, with all the flaws and uniqueness and individual insights. My only reservation is, it just feels a bit too much like Sarah’s space, rather than being an...Read full review »
