Covid-19... you see the name of this virus everywhere because... well... itโs everywhere. This global pandemic has changed our lives forever. Yes, I am afraid, angry, nervous, stressed (ALL OF THE ABOVE) too, but we can get through this. Chair yoga? ๐ช YES, WE DID THAT! Find yourself a chair and letโs do some stretches! If you do not have time for the 40min chair yoga session please enjoy a 10 minute breathing meditation! Take 5 minutes at least to relax, reflect, and love yourself. Much love to you! You are not alone ๐ค

This Saturday I had the opportunity to go to a mental health conference and met some amazing people! This conference was for 12-22 year olds and it was such a great time because it really showed how it takes a community to heal. We are not alone!
