Thoughtful discussions on diverse topics
I’m enjoying this podcast because host Michael Robinson lets his guests speak, often at length. He doesn’t ask leading questions, and he doesn’t advance his own opinions in the guise of questions: rather, he makes simple, straightforward inquiries that get to the heart of the guest’s topic. It’s refreshing to hear, and interesting to listen to. The topics are diverse, thought-provoking, and don't require an advanced degree in science or history. I'm subscribing!Read full review »

This is one of my favorite podcasts out there (spoiler, I’m a historian of science and interested in oceans). MR Is a great interviewer and gets awesome guests. My favorites were the interviews of Helen rozwadowski, bathsheba demuth and Paige Madison. But all are really great.
