A fall from grace
I've been trying hard to give the new host, Meredith, the benefit of the doubt. I know it must be difficult to pick up the reigns as she did. But it has been a complete shift in tone. I don't mind topics on women's issues, but there is a fairly clear bias which I tried to muscle through. Then there are the topics being credulous of magic and horoscopes which are absurd. I'll try back in the future but I've had to finally unsubscribe. It's worth checking out the new show of the original hosts, Reply All, and the podcast Start Up which lead to them being poached away. It's also worth listening to the rest of the fantastic WNYC podcasts, but this one has run off the rails. I do wish Meredith luck in perhaps turning it around as I'd love to come back.Read full review »
