Unfortunate
I was really excited to see where this podcast would go with the new host. Unfortunately since the change I have only enjoyed one episode most of the episodes have to do with women issues, which is fine if it was a woman's issue themed podcast. however seems that The host is shoehorning women's issues into a podcast aiming to be about technology and the Internet. I get a slightly sexist vibe from the host. (Not feminist sexist) The big difference there is important. Don't get me wrong I hate "men's rights" people as much as the next guy or gal looking for a good podcast about human interest story's as they relate to the Internet. Either way this would all be forgivable if any of the stories were actually enjoyable to listen to. If they change the title to feminism 101 I still would not like the stories.Read full review »

Just listened to TLDR 45 and 46. Utterly painful. With all the talent out there why saddle this podcast with a third rate host? And where is the editorial oversight? Pathetic. I won’t be listening in the future.

The team at TLDR does an excellent job illustrating the connection internet culture has on the larger human experience. It's fun, smart and a great listen.Read full review »
