Great premise, fun pod!
Just listened to the first two episodes and I love the premise! It was fun to hear Alison Brie’s scary accurate predictions on GOT (a show I already knew), and wild to hear about the ending of Gossip Girl (a show I watched but never finished). The only complaint is the “quiz music” that played during the after-finale segment. I didn’t notice it during Jon Hamm’s episode, but it was really prominent in Brie’s. It was really annoying and I actually kept pausing the podcast to make sure it wasn’t coming from some other source. I couldn’t wait for the music (thus the segment) to be over. I will still keep listening though! As an avid TV watcher, it’s a very fun idea.

More reviews of Too Long; Didn't Watch
Glad that Alan is podcasting again. This was much better than I expected because of how game the guests were. I hope future guests live up to Hamm and Brie. (Minor criticism: the ask the audience bit is a little corny)

This is a solid idea for a podcast and a smart and thoughtful host and TV critic. Looking forward to when a celebrity experiences Seinfeld for the first time.

I could listen to Jon Hamm talk about gossip girl for an hundred hours. It’s so fun to hear both Alan and the guests be fans of each other and TV, and the conversations are always interesting and full of mutual respect.
