Wow. I love the advice from these topics and the length of the episodes. And he has the best guests! Episodes are like mini therapy sessions with information at the end on how you can continue working on the subject. Coming from a narcissist and co-dependent parents and understanding my...Read full review »

The host doesn’t just share stories about toxic relationships—he takes a deep dive into the elements of personality and life experience that lead us into (and can get us out of) those relationships. I learn something new in every episode!

Matt is doing something that other online coaches are not doing. Which is talking about learning to heal ourselves from these toxic relationships and behaviors. A lot of the coaches focus on teaching about Narcissism, which Matt teaches on as well but the focus doesn’t stay there. Not only does...Read full review »

Great podcast. Very informative and reassuring. Matt tells you what you need to hear, and it can be hard but necessary. My only con is that the intro and outro music is wayyyyy louder than his speaking voice so be careful when you have headphones in

I ran across Matt Phifer on Tik Tok. Wow, his content changed how I handled dealing with my child’s dad. Then he mentioned his podcast and it has been a true eye opener. From topics of love bombing, devaluing, gas lighting and reactive abuse...it has all helped in dealing with him.

Matt made everything make sense to me and how to navigate the residue that Narcissistic leaves after you have exited the relationship.

Loving all the episodes, and feeling validated, and encouraged that I’m not alone. This has happened to others and it’s possible to come out stronger. The episode on love and trusting again was eye opening, I was finally able to understand my recovery process and why I was feeling the way I...Read full review »

This podcast is full of amazing information but a little rough for people listening with headphones. Talking is quiet so you have to turn it up but then the music is deafening.

Matt is great. Smart, wise, and breaks things down in a way that is easy to understand and applicable. Good listening for ALL.
