I really want to love this podcast as I love the message and the guests are great. I just feel it gets a bit rambley at times - Tally is great at using a lot of words to say very little and takes ages to get around to the point she is making. I wish she would let her guest speak more as they...Read full review »

This is such a stellar podcast! I appreciate the wide range of topics and guests, especially Kimberly Wilson and Joshua Wolrich. Also loving the new anti diet bride series. Tally is a great host and I love her attitude- she feels like the friend who I know will always back me up and have a...Read full review »

Tally is such a breath of fresh air in the fitness space. I’ve followed her for 4+ years and have loved this podcast. My journey like others’ and Tally describes has been like a pendulum and it is really helpful to have her as a constant in my life. With her help the pendulum is slowly coming to...Read full review »

I’m really enjoying listening to this and have been listening to it through doing the couch to 5k. It never fails to boost and motivate me even when I’m not feeling that way when I set off! Tally has such a kind and compassionate manner I really love listening to her

Love this podcast- it’s been my first intro to the anti-diet/non-diet approach and my bookshelf is slowly filling up with lots of resources that have been highlighted through this podcast. Super high caliber guests + it’s just really insightful and thought provoking. Many thanks to those that...Read full review »

It took a while to get used to Tally’s style (a conversation with equal airtime to host and guest rather than short questions with long answers), but since the ‘unconditional permission to rest’ episode (which I spent crying), this has become a vital support for my own journey trying to get away...Read full review »

It’s alarming that a podcast aimed to challenge the diet norms would begin with an advertisement for diet bread.

Love the content on this podcast. I’ve learned so much and it’s uplifting to listen to. I hope the audio improves - episodes are often so quiet that I have to turn up my volume all the way OR one guest is so quiet and the other is at a normal volume which can be quite annoying and jarring when...Read full review »

Not afraid to cover sensitive subjects, and real issues that effect women of all ages, Tally not only brings in her own experiences around fitness, wellness and self care, but brings in experts to really explore a subject without the restrictions of a 30min deadline. Well worth a listen 🤓

I really like this podcast and think it’s really valuable. I was just listening on auto play and was really shocked that there was an ad for nutrisystem which literally used the terms weight loss. I’m shocked that this podcast would include weight loss advertising and I hope it’s an oversight on...Read full review »

I wish the author paid attention to “you know”, “erm”, “like” words which appear multiple times in almost each sentence ..unbearable to listen to. Very poor diction and lots of repeatedly lame thoughts

Tally is a so passionate about her work and this really shows on the podcast. The consent is so refreshing in our diet culture, gym obsessed world. It really gets me thinking and questioning so much around me. Great range of guests and subjects.

Why do young presenters feel the need to use the word ‘like’ in every sentence, every breath, it drives me mad and I just want to shout STOP IT. I tried to listen but when both the presenter and the guest used ‘like’ constantly, I had to stop. Not for me.

I’ve followed Tally and listened to her since she did the Fit and Fearless podcast with Vic and Zanna. Tally has helped me embrace all the joy that my body can bring me. She’s my sister and normally that’s a reason not to pay too much attention to her. I love Tally and everything she teaches, as well as what her platform stands for. That being said: I was very confused and bummed to hear a Nutrisystem ad at the beginning of her podcast? Love Tally’s podcast & Instagram. She is one of the main people whom I look up to for ed recovery & movement. I no longer work out in a gym because it doesn’t serve me well. Instead, I do movement that’s best for my body/soul.

If Tally stopped talking over her guests, stop talking about herself and let her guests speak this could be much better. So much unconscious biasness- “I assume he was a black man” “no he was white”

The content itself is great! Awesome guests and good conversations. The issue is in two areas, Tally’s interviewing and the podcast editing (of lack thereof).
