imo not the most pragmatic or beginner friendly adhd resource, but if you’re galaxy brain oriented this will give you something new to think about, even if you feel like you’ve heard it all.

I have never heard anyone speak so much without ever saying anything. It’s like a jumble of words that spill out, with the help of a thesaurus and hyperbole. It’s like listening to someone sell time share condos and you walk away without any information.
