Highly recommend!!! I don't miss an episode.
This podcast has helped me understand my ADHD and find language to describe it. Listening to Cam talk about trying to carry our tasks up a tower of stairs with no landings, or the way we can keep adding features to our projects and end up like a snowplow trying to plow all the lanes at once has given me imagery to capture my experiences. Asher's adage, "let it be easy" has become a staple of my self-talk. I am an ADHD coach, and I appreciate so much Ash and Cam's committment to inviting listeners to explore, experiment and get curious, rather than focusing on tips and tricks and outcomes. Some of the episodes I return to are those on getting distance from the Adrenaline Response Cycle and on Activation Energy. I am delighted to follow along with the season 2 reboot.Read full review »

Shelly & Cam, this is exactly what I’ve been looking for in my pursuit to understand myself. Having two incredibly intelligent individuals speak so clearly on the topic of “me” is AMAZING!!! Thank you for having the wherewithal to bring it to fruition.
