Fresh take..
Just to let people know this podcast has stood the test of time for me. It is delightfully different from the oftentimes tired, old, boring in their sameness, crime podcasts. It is truly unique. I want to add/update that this has now become my favorite podcast in the crime category. I love the departure from the contemporary crime podcasts where many incidents of murder are repeatedly covered. Plus, no unnecessary personal commentary that I find boorish in other podcasts. I like, as well, being spared the graphic details of suffering which are not included d/t the cultural climate of the times. Welcome change from the dearth of contemporary crime stories. The music serves a perfect background for these tales from the past.

Some of the podcasts will work most of them stop and will not continue. When I try to get the podcast to continue it just skips to the next one but that podcast will work but the one after will not. Waste of time.

I really enjoy this podcast. I listen to many different true crime stories, but I like the history, voice and total ambiance of this podcast.
