Life-changer

I found this podcast at exactly the right time in my life when I needed it the most. I am learning to live comfortably in my body and I'm starting to feel proud for taking up space in this world. I know I'm getting stronger mentally and emotionally and I'm so grateful I found this podcast to start my journey to recovery. I keep recommending it to everyone I know and talking to everyone about diet culture. So impactful.Read full review »
