I’m not crying, you’re crying
Okay... I’m crying too. 😭 Admittedly I’ve only listened to episode 1, but I was deeply moved by Whitney’s vulnerability and raw, unfiltered share about her path to recovery from disordered eating. Food is personal, and our relationship with it is usually a direct reflection to our relationship and perception of ourselves. In a society rich with self-help “gurus” and entrepreneurs whose messages often feel convoluted and filtered to present the best version of themselves always, Whitney’s approach is so refreshingly real and easy to connect with. This podcast is not just for people struggling in their relationship with food- it’s for anyone who wants to understand themselves (and others) in a deeper, more compassionate way. Thank you!!
