Food is personal, and our relationship with it is usually a direct reflection to our relationship and perception of ourselves. In a society rich with self-help “gurus” and entrepreneurs whose messages often feel convoluted and filtered to present the best version of themselves always, Whitney’s approach is so refreshingly real and easy to connect with.
