Liberating and evidence based
I adore this podcast and Whitney’s work generally. She is articulate and relatable, her observations are astute, and her claims are backed by science. Learning about HAES and body liberation/body politics changed my life, and I couldn’t be more thrilled that this podcast is out there. I hope it continues to reach people who need to hear it.
