In this first episode I wanted to talk about the perks of loneliness. Personally I never truly felt lonely because I was always surrounded with people until I was faced with a situation where I had to be alone and face myself, my thoughts and my emotions. I noticed that for most of us we may have gotten pretty lonely during this pandemic but what about before it all began. We have all been there so let’s look at the other side of the coin.

This week I thought of how I was, as a people pleasing person who was unable to say NO and would push herself even if I would probably be doing something that was not in my best interest.
