love you, love your show...
I look forward to the weekly podcasts because I always learn something new. Even the most avid health enthusiast is bombarded by information -- a lot of it is conflicting and most of it isn't practical. PJ and Brandon tackle topics that we all grapple with, but unlike some fitness experts, they give tips that everyone can actually use -- anything from healthier options to snack on at parties, to smarter ways to have a few cocktails with friends without blowing your diet. They don't preach and they don't promote a diet of just almonds and air. They make fitness fun and more importantly, they make it attainable. Anyone can benefit just by tuning in!!
