Sebastian Kienle is a legend in endurance Triathlon with one Kona Victory, two 70.3 world championships and multiple podiums. Recently he decided to step away from being a pro triathlete and explore other opportunities. In Manchester Sebastian made his HYROX debut.
We explore Sebastian’s thought process for retiring, his retirement tour, what attracted him to HYROX, how his debut went and what he learned from the experience. We also consider what’s next for him and some great tips for improving as an athlete.
