“The Post & Courier journalists do a terrific job of providing background, analysis, and explanations of complicated legal and financial matters related to the Murdaugh trial in the Low Country of South Carolina. This murder trial has so many layers beyond just the murders so finding this podcast to sort through the facts and nuances has been interesting. I vacillate between “Oh, he definitely did it” and “Gosh, I don’t think he could have done it”. The podcast helps me see the case from both sides. I’ve particularly enjoyed the episodes that went into depth on the attorneys and judge involved in the case. The Post & Courier is based in Charleston which is part of the Low Country so I think it is uniquely positioned to add a local perspective to this fascinating case.”
