The episode with Kait touched on a real problem I see all to much. To many people struggle with eating disorders and reverse dieting out of them. I believe BDD( Body Dysmorphic Disorder) has a role in being the culprit as well. Keep up the good work!

I enjoy this podcast and Sarah is very knowledgeable. The only reason I deducted a star is that she uses the phrase “you know” about 11 billion times per episode. For some reason I find this distracting and often can’t get through the whole episode without this filler phrase grating on my nerves....Read full review »

One of my favourite podcasts, it’s so informative. I love how Sarah explains things so thoroughly and uses an evidence based approach to nutrition and fitness. I’ve learnt a lot listening to this podcast!
