Han and Carla also discuss a few other points, including: 1)How challenging can help with reducing a desire for food perfectionism. 2)How challenging is a win-win situation - If you do like the new food, it provides a food that can be enjoyed going forward forever! -If you don’t like the food, you still win, because it provides nourishment and stops a perpetual curiosity about that food. 3)How comprehensive ‘all day’ challenging is important to avoid compensation. 4)Food experiment can provide genuine evidence of what the true you actually likes and dislikes. There is beauty in these realisations.
