Exceeded my expectations--and they were high
My immediate reaction: the first episode of Unthinkable far exceeded my expectations. Well-paced, "sincerely sincere" relevant information, ("credibly" sincere, in other words. Most important, I was pleased/impressed by the contrast between the "hyper"-focused visual imagery (GIFs, etc.) promo and the actual tone of your podcast delivery and the empathy/sincerity of the podcast itself. I felt you were talking directly to me, over coffee; not offering "prescriptions" but genuinely looking for solutions. "Contrast" shows up again, in the contrast between the lighthearted Harvard Square interviews and the depth and candor of Dennis's journalist interview. Wonderful take away phrase: "stare down a massive sea of work. Great "assignment" for next week, and close, i.e. "small pocket of time."Read full review »
