MEMORY LANE
Really enjoyed this series. I ran programming at MTV from 2007 to 2009, as we were trying to wrestle with increased competition, growth of streaming platforms, and other competitive media. I remember the conversations about the lack of music videos on the network, and looking for the next big breakout to follow The Hills. I left before the premiere of Jersey Shore, and despite all of the challenges we faced, I have such fond memories of my time at 1515 Broadway.

I loved the first few episodes of this, a welcome walk down memory lane. It’s clear that the host loves reality tv because there was a lot of time spent on the Real World which was unfortunate.
