I enjoy the concise presentation of the day’s top news stories. They’re not liberal biased; they’re truth biased. If that bothers you I don’t know what we can do to make your feelings whole.

The news should be provided in an unbiased manner, but Up First shows its bias loud and clear. So clearly anti-Israel. Your reporting on the sexual offences against Israeli women on October 7 was shameful. Casting doubt and only reporting on the minimal question marks within the UN report (which...Read full review »

I have, for decades, listened to NPR for my morning news. It seems as if those days are ending. Where is the news? It is mostly highly curated segments that are basically opinion pieces. NPR, you are dangerously close to being what most of us hate about Fox “News.”

I have listened to this show for multiple years and I try to have an open mind on every topic. The show has become so biased that it will completely skip important stories because they think it may shed a negative light on the left. I’m not sure how our country has gotten to a point that this is...Read full review »

I saw Katherine Maher’s TED talk and was shocked. I counted on NPR as one of my primary news sources. I can’t do that if the CEO does not believe in truth. Hearing her talk about the “Wikipedia model” was galling. Is she serious? Wikipedia is fine but not a source for facts. If the new goal for...Read full review »

You’ve drank the Kool Aid. Trump Derrangement Syndrome. USA corrupt press. Living in Australia I cannot believe the the US press. No way this one sided bias would be allowed in our country. Also election interference. Just like Putin. Eliminate your opponents. Disgraceful. I hope Trump...Read full review »

I used to be a regular listener, it’s the first thing I do in the morning. Now it’s often not uploaded and therefore I completely forget to even come back to it because I’ve had to go elsewhere for a bit of news in the morning. Topics have really been lacking, there’s no variety. They miss major...Read full review »

I was the person in my dorm room who listened faithfully to Bob Edwards on my NPR station in San Francisco. I loved it. I felt informed in a way that allowed me to truly consider all things and challenged my assumptions. Sadly no longer. It started with a barage of “we’re all gonna die!”...Read full review »

This is a well-crafted podcast that provides news and current events. But, understand this is not a news source, this is a propaganda platform for the democrat party. I try to get a broad smattering of news in the morning and this is what I use to keep up to date on the liberal talking points....Read full review »

I hate leaving a fairly negative review for a show that I’ve listened to daily for years, but I can no longer listen to the Saturday version of the show. I like to take walks in the morning and this podcast gives me something to listen to while I’m doing it. The normal episodes are a bit short, but the Sunday Stories are perfect. Keep up the great work!

I get it’s Sunday but you have Breaking News. Iran attacks Israel and the Liberal”s talk about this. Wow!!! Does our tax dollars really pay for some of this? If it does then at least half of all material should be presented with moderate or conservative point of view. Not 95% far liberal...Read full review »

Up First… more like Up Eventually This podcast used to be balanced, fair, and factual but over time it’s become more left-leaning and driven by emotion. They do not appropriately cover the ICJ ruling, numerous U.S. vetos, and destruction of civilian infrastructure let alone the civilian deaths in Gaza.

I listen every day to get the liberal take on current events. I listen to Daily Wire for the conservative take. Just taking whatever you’re told at face value and passing it along without any critical reasoning. I guess I was just expecting too much, this is just the headlines read and summarized. If that’s all you’re gonna give us, don’t be surprised when you’re automated away.

Truly outrageous that a publicly funded news company is requiring a paid subscription to hear a daily news update. Late state capitalism at its best. Severely disgraceful and disappointing that you put necessary news updates behind a paywall, with no prior warning.

Despite the left-leaning bias, I always listened to this and another morning show for my daily news but as of today 3/22/24, I see that I can’t listen unless I subscribe. Crazy as this is already funded by Americans and is the NATIONAL news. Will not be subscribing nor listening to NPR ever again.
