Great job catching up with the rest of the world on Bidens mental decline, only 3+ years late.

It’s sunday. I don’t need to hear the gchat sound effect. it doesn’t make your story more immersive. it releases cortisol. cut that out, you idiots. this is 101.

Mr Trump may think his god saved him it, it could be his god tried to kill him because as they The Devil looks after his own. Otherwise a great concise show.

I trust that Democrats that seek and are opposed to President Biden being included on the ballot, are merely Republicans in disguise.

Obvious liberal bias. Defund NPR. Astounding that anyone considers them reputable.

I try to listen to both sides of the story. Not reporting on the attempted assassination on Trump until after two days. News channel? I think not!

This show is biased. The reporters try to be neutral, but they cannot hide their political affiliations when talking about the opposition.

Asma’s story on Up First this morning re the Biden presser seemed off. Yes, he mixed up some names but you never mentioned he caught the error and corrected himself. She didn’t note, or want to(?), his mastery of foreign policy during the presser nor mention the European leaders who gave...Read full review »

Good idea but needs to cover more than Democrats’ hand-wringing over what to do about Biden. They couldn’t come up with a compelling ticket of dynamic leaders over the last 4 years. They sure as heck can’t do it now in 4 months. Let it go.

I’ve been listening this show for about a year, and, to me, this may be a Republican platform to boost Donald Trump and the GOP. Every episode focuses TOO MUCH on what the GOP and/or Donald Trump said, did, or will do. It’s very sad because I used to admire NPR, but now I’m out.

I listen to NPR because I don’t like sensationalized opinionated news. Leila Fadel’s comments like “it’s racist” or “there’s a theme there” are unnecessary and annoying. I can deduce those things on my own. Her comments detract from the news. I won’t be listening anymore.

The Sunday episode on 7/7/24 regarding the Tennessee shooting survivors and their fight in state congress was excellent, but the lifelong GOP-voting mother in the story has no one to blame but herself and people like her. She voted that way her entire life and caused the situation she was in....Read full review »

We get it, Republicans are bad…. Uri Berliner voiced what everyone already knew to be true. Your coverage of both sides is atrocious…

The content I enjoyed, but my god Ayesha Roscoe’s voice and pronunciation is unbearable. I had to unsubscribe. What happened to finding good voices for radio?

It’s insulting to your listeners to report on a story and have the reporter constantly asserting whether a claim or point of view is true. Since when is the reporter the arbiter of truth. Report the news and stop infantilizing your audience.

Tried to like this but have finally given up. Will stick with the NYT's The Daily, a vastly better podcast. NPR news once was the gold standard. Now just silly--and bad--anchors being "cool and hip," proving they are neither. Very sad time for the once great Morning Edition, which has...Read full review »

Love you all & have been tuning in for a good 4/5 years now but I’ve been wondering if we’ll get coverage on the atrocities going on in Sudan, the Congo, Tigray and other regions in the East?

I think the podcast is quite good. There are some episodes that have focused on Israel’s war against Hamas that doesn’t mention the reason there is a war. I’ll be listening, awaiting and not hear October 7.

I used to be too plugged into the news. I still like to know what’s going on, but I don’t need to fill half my day listening to folks talk about things outside my control. The most ridiculous extrapolation about children using phones I’ve ever heard in my life. The lunch room is quiet because everyone is texting each other? Please don’t go show your boomer. That is not accurate and clearly blatant extrapolation. “They use their phone up to 43 minutes a day, it’s...Read full review »

As reliable as Pravda when it comes to US imperial interests. At least Pravda journalists either had some real socialist excuse to unconditionally shill for one side, or the real political objective of saving themselves from Gulags; what’s their excuse?

I can’t take Aleisha Roscoe’s voice anymore. It’s just an unpleasant annoying accent. It’s not regional or unique. Just irritating and grating. Sorry but it reminds me of Sassafras on Amos and Andy. It’s hard to take news reporting seriously with that voice.

Not a single word on how hezbollah as lit northern Israel on fire but somehow they have a reporter in Gaza… wasn’t Israel blocking all journalists? lol what a joke. Its a nice summary of current events but 20-25% of the time presented in a biased fashion, which for “national public radio” is a little too high in my opinion.
