Information, community, and grace!
I am so grateful to have found Ashley on IG right as our son was born and we began to navigate sensitivities/allergies. Her content is saturated with not only evidenced based strategies but also strategies that allow caretakers to give themselves some grace along the way. I am so so so excited for her podcast because like she says…we have officially transitioned to the “one headphone in” phase 😂 I am glad to have the opportunity to continue to learn from her as a dietician (I too, have a love for all things planned and organized), but also listen to her be a vulnerable Christian mom and encourage me to do the same ❤️ Thankful for this V&V community
