Special - and challenging!
It’s a brilliant and extraordinarily well-executed show. What makes the show both unique and challenging (at least for me) is that it focuses on individuals who are marginally sympathic - and then lower the boom midway through the show, by revealing a decision so impossibly stupid (S1) or immoral (S2) as to render this individual almost ENTIRELY unsympathetic. But you’re invested - and they’re invested - so you stick with it. It stretched me - like a physical therapist but extending my scope of compassion despite the godawful decision making. It’s good for us and I appreciate that.
