“unfortunately I have to unsubscribe. I loved this podcast when it started but as it’s continued, it seems like Kate in particular doesn’t appreciate the responsibility of being a health educator. She delivers all of her information has with the tone of a teacher who is frustrated with the class, and instead makes snarky comments all the time about having “already covered this in a previous episode” like she’s angry at us for daring to waste her time with our questions. I wish we would hear from Emma more, because I really like the way she delivers information and she seems much more sympathetic to the audience and the various stages of knowledge they’re at, but it honestly seems like Kate dominates 80% of the podcast conversation. It’s a shame because I love the community surrounding the pod and really enjoyed the early days before the fame. I just hope Kate takes a step back soon and recognizes that her status as a ~health goddess~ doesn’t give her a right to act like a know-it-all, and acknowledged the kind of responsibility that comes along with being a health & wellness influencer especially to an audience of younger women.”
