Tribalism has been part of every nation from the beginning of civilization.  Traditional tribalism was influenced by a common geography, ethnicity, particular religious cultic practices, common customs and heritage. The most influential form of tribalism today is ideological tribalism; groups united by the same core beliefs with the same common enemy. Elitists are those by virtue of their education, income, profession or other station in life believe they are supremely qualified to run everyone else's life. This superiority can be very subtle but quite obvious to those who feel slighted by the elitist.  This podcast offers a few solutions to this malady which begins with an admission " I am an elitist ".  

The battle that is playing out in many areas of the world centers on group morality vs. individual morality that in centered in the conscience. This podcast series explores the dynamics of the individual conscience   and how different groups seek to influence it for their own agenda. When corruption is evident there are times when the individual must stand up for the convictions of their own conscience rather against the corrupt dictates of the group. 

When the queen of science (theology) is rejected the is no lasting objective basis for morality. Morality becomes the arbitrary dictates of government control or is abused by individual freedom. Ultimately morality must be informed by the 2 greatest commands given by God. 

Destiny in the evolutionary scheme is death defined as ceasing to exist. If the origin of humankind does not have a supernatural component there is no eternal destiny. But the queen of science (theology) points to humankind's earthly and heavenly origin that gives us a twofold destiny. 

Because the queen of science (theology) has been rejected the purpose of humankind in evolution is survivalism. But the image of God in humanity gives us four purposes that supersede this futile perspective.

The "all in dogma" concerning the origin of humankind is the theory of natural selection originally proposed by the prophet Charles Darwin. Because this doctrine was totally bought into despise glaring discrepancies, the words of the queen of science have been ignored, marginalized and dethroned. Dogmas are born out of ideologies. They are formed by a God bias or an antigod bias. Perhaps the queen has a more plausible explanation for origins than what biased science has led us to believe.  

 Education is in a state of flux, confusion, and without ultimate meaning because she is being controlled by the ideologies of postmodernism, humanism and tribalism. These arbitrary and competing "isms" have taken precedence because the queen of science has been dethroned in postmodern education.  The queen of science gives us a metanarrative, an answer to fundamental questions of meaning but she has been divorced from education leaving confusion and futility in its wake. Obsolescence is part and parcel to everything we experience in this world. This podcast explores the elements of obsolescence , the futility of living for the obsolete and contrast this reality with what is eternal. 

  There are two types of control freaks, those who try to micromanage  others and those who try to micromanage things  in their own lives that are outside of their control. The main indicator of the attempt to manage things outside one's control is worry. The solution to this anxiety is found in lively dependency.

Most people in our world live lives of complacent apathy. Ignorance and lack of concern for the needs of mankind prevail. This podcast is a redo of a previous one with he same title. My apologies, a glitch in my computer or the software recording program only recorded half the podcast. This area of self control is literally a matter of life and death so I offer it again.

Each person is moving either toward cowardice or courage. The main indicator of cowardice is the avoidance of what a person is afraid to face. Courage enables one to face fears and overcome them. Each person is capable of  a life of  total self deception ; making personal choices that bring great harm to themselves and others in disregard to God and His commands.  This was the goal of the serpent in early Genesis to instigate a rebellion by enticing God's newly created people to act against His will. This podcast explores the nature of self deception and the hope of restored integrity through the gospel of Jesus Christ. 

This podcast outlines 3 extremes in the environmental movement today. The extremes of eco-denialism, eco-terrorism and eco-alarmism all do great  harm to the movement because they are ideologically  polarized.

Feminism has had some positive influences in many countries around the world.  But when any " ism" becomes radicalized and/or totalitarian it becomes toxic. This podcast outlines the toxicity of radical feminists who want all women to experience their brand of bitter feminism. 

 Globalism and imperialism effect our lives in far more ways than we realize. Both of these ideologies can bring great harm to nations when they become totalitarian. 

   Islamic fundamentalists who embrace the ideologies of jihadism and sharia law poses a great danger to  the world and to your doorstep. These ideologies are briefly outlined in this podcast along with the difficult responses that are needed to combat this extremist ideology. 

The main political ideologies competing for power in the world today are : communism , nationalism, fundamentalism and globalism.  When any of these become totalitarian freedom is lost. This podcast highlights populistic nationalism and warns against fully trusting any political  leader with feet of clay. 

Neo-Marxist Progressivism has taken root in politics, the media, education and popular culture. Wherever it takes root the suppression of free free speech is part of the fruit of the smelly orthodoxy. This podcast emphasizes the dangers of this progressivism that has highjacked classical liberalism.
