Yikes
I have been recently exploring the world of intermittent fasting and have been trying to find informative podcasts on the topic. I was about 35 minutes into the episode with Narado Zeco that I thought was pretty interesting… until they started mocking the carnivore diet/lifestyle. There are hundreds of THOUSANDS of people on the carnivore diet who are absolutely thriving. They are curing autoimmune and chronic diseases, they are reversing diabetes and cancer, they are losing weight, the list goes on. Not to mention experts like Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Robert Kiltz, Judy Cho are some of the healthiest humans I have ever seen. Narado Zeco goes on to talk about how he is NOT an expert on lectins/antinutrients yet he ignorantly says “you need plant foods, I stopped arguing with carnivores” “don’t tell me I am going to eat animal fat and protein the rest of my life” and then the host ignorantly chimes in and starts saying “I can’t imagine my life living on a carnivore diet where I literally only ate meat” “there’s less than 1% of the population that could eat that way on a long term basis” I literally had to stop playing the episode because what garbage perspectives. Carnivores are eating the MOST nutrient dense, bio available foods on the planet. Foods our ancestors ate, and thrived on. this lady needs to regulate the guests she has on and the conversations she chooses to have. For her to say “I can’t imagine my life eating this way” when there are thousands of people who are curing diseases is such a mind blowing statement. Have some carnivores on your podcast and realize how ignorant these statements were….. also the ads. There’s an ad every 10 minutes….

Chantel interrupted and cut off the guests continually. I could not get past the first episode. Such a shame too as she has guests that have a wealth of information to share but if only she would let them talk.
