Inspirational and invigorating
I just discovered this podcast in Jan . I particularly like the format and the manageable “ 10 minute” Podcast. I have always been a walker but have sustained a foot injury so walking in winter boots which is necessary in Quebec is not as comfortable as runners . I am now noting that the podcast runs out a third of the way home… so making strides. I also really like the fact that you speak from the heart and do so in a non- medical way. It feels like I have a friend beside me chatting about his walking and his day. Thank you.

I’m so happy to stumble across this podcast. After listening to several episodes on my walks Dave feels like my walking buddy. Very soothing voice and has great tips. Great companion to have on walks. Thanks Dave 👍
