I saw this podcast mentioned in a Reddit thread and got hooked right away. It’s funny, introspective, and relatable. It’s also family-friendly if that’s your thing. And though I may be a tad too young for some of their jokes, I have straight up cackled at many.
To be completely honest, I was at my worst mental place when I found this podcast. Hopeless about my weight and fitness levels. Listening to this podcast almost immediately gave me a new perspective. It brightened my life. When I tell you that in a two weeks, I went from walking UNDER 1K steps everyday to 4K a day and being excited about it? I wouldn’t have peeled me off the couch for cash money. But Catherine and Donald did that for me, and all I had to pay was attention.
