“I am currently on a weight loss journey venture, and Iβm hoping this will be the last time. I started listening to this podcast a few weeks ago and with the tools I have learned I feel like it can be (the last time being at a high weight before maintenance). I have learned so much and taken away so much and I keep listening to show after show on this. today I enjoyed pizza and ice cream and thereβs zero guilt because I know itβs in my calorie budget. Iβm not a garbage person. The show is teaching me a Balance Iβve never actually known before. I am a human being and I will make mistakes on my path and I love how they talk about how to pivot and course correct. There was about a week and a half where I didnβt lose any weight, and I went up a couple pounds doing everything I thought I could, and I thought about the words from the show and did not give up. I decided to pevot and cut out fake sugar and bam I lost a couple pounds nearly overnight. I also am starting to see how my weight fluctuate throughout the month but itβs still a downward trend. I really appreciate Katherine and Donald for doing what they do on the show. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you so much. <3”
