Far from being an armchair academic concocting impossible to implement solutions such as the "Barrington Declaration," Dr. Howard's accounts are a breath of fresh air from a true front-line doctor. By the way, I became familiar with Dr. Howard and his book from Dr. Dan Wilson's "Debunk the Funk" YouTube channel.
