Shift your thinking!
I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how much I’m enjoying listening to this podcast. I started about the same time I downloaded Noom. Frankly, I don’t have the patience to read through all the poorly written Noom articles. But I’ve been listening to Shari’s podcasts on my walk to work and her concepts are really simple and give me a lot to think about. It’s actually been very complimentary to and even more solidifying than the Noom articles. After just a few episodes I started to understand how to mindfully eat. I will admit, I found her voice a bit sedate at first and wasn’t sure I’d like it. But the episodes are short and really powerful in concept that I now find it meditative. If you want to change your relationship with food positively, give this a listen for a few.
